Let’s start a conversation
You don’t have to know exactly what to say
If you’ve been thinking about counselling, making that first contact can be difficult.
You might know exactly what’s troubling you.
Or you might simply know that something isn’t right.
You don’t need to have the answers before you get in touch.
You don’t need to write a long explanation.
And you don’t have to commit to counselling just because you contact me.
We can start with a conversation.
Get in touch
You can contact me by email or telephone.
Email: lgcounsellingcoaching@gmail.com
Telephone: 07973 349569
I aim to respond to enquiries within 24 hours.
If you prefer, you can use the contact form below.
What happens when you contact me?
1. You get in touch
Tell me as much or as little as you’re comfortable sharing.
You could simply write:
“I’m thinking about counselling and would like to know more.”
That’s enough.
2. We have an initial conversation
We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to counselling, what you’re looking for and whether I might be the right person to help.
You can ask questions too.
3. You decide what feels right
There’s no pressure to continue.
If we both feel that counselling could be helpful, we’ll arrange a first session.
Worried about the cost?
Please don’t assume that counselling is out of reach.
I believe that financial hardship shouldn’t become another burden for someone who is already struggling.
I offer a flexible affordability scale for people who would find my standard fee difficult to manage.
If cost is stopping you from getting in touch, please talk to me.
You don’t need to feel embarrassed or judged.
We’ll see what might be possible.

You don’t have to wait until things get worse
You don’t need to know exactly what you need.
You don’t need to know whether counselling will work.
And you don’t need to have the right words.
You can simply start with a conversation.
